360 swap power issue

Hey guys so about a month ago i swapped a 360 into my 66 cuda and pulled out the salnt 6. Now here is the issue whenever i rev my engine or even drive it for a bit i loose my signal lights and the alternator gauge goes past the c on the gauge. i have swapped a new alternator and it is still doing the same thing is there anything that yous guys think it could be.

Might check your voltage regulator,it might be bad.

It should be to the right of your master cylinder.Let me see if I have a pic.
