371 horsepower / 6!!!!

that's the baddest /6 I have ever seen. sounds like a mean big-block!

I always thought forced induction would be the only way to go on a really hot slant 6. For me a good turbo and 250 HP would do it in an old Valiant. Could still probably push almost 30 MPG too!

The little slant that could! Thats amazing. I would like to hear it in person.

That is FREAKIN' awesome, sounds a little lumpy at idle and a road racer when it opens up!!!!

I think the most power anyone has made is Cameron Tily at 600 something with a slant 6. Its a turbo motor pushing alot of boost. But it is possible to make a fast slant 6 especially if its in a little dart or valiant.

Well, YEAH, but let's see him fit that under a stock hood... He'll need a hood scoop at least... :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

I LOVE slants with roots blowers! The idea of an off-center supercharger sticking out of the hood is just frickin' coooooool...

I'm not sure, but that might be Terry Littlejohn, from Canada. There are quite a few high horsepower slants, running. As far as I know, this is the quickest slant six "doorslammer" at this time. It belongs to Dale Rose, from TN.

These guys run at the local track. OOPPS I gues this was a secret. It is wicked. I just bought an intake and header from the old man. He showed me another slant car that makes this one look slow.

They have run a 9.85 in the 1/4, but have "detuned" the car to run more consistantly and win money, with less upkeep. Leighton must have shown you the Rampage =P~

I have seen them win quite a few rounds a night running low 6's. I do not think they need to be more consistant.
