3751213 cylinder head questions

Ahh, that makes sense now. I have been trying to figure it out and havent been able to lol. I will have to see if I can find one as I dont think anything else is in there.
 
Alright, I did some more digging and did find another arm, very close to the other one just slightly bent at one end. This must be what you were talking about. Do you know how they would attach?
 
I can send you a picture of a parts car I have with the dash out and the wiper setup still there when I finally get home.
