By dual top do you mean dual plane, single carb or dual carb manifold? Don't know your location. What would shipping be to Connecticut 06807? Thx.
 
It has the top plate to use 2 carbs Holley style. Let me get it on a scale and then I can give you a cost to ship it.

I checked with both FedEx and UPS and they are right about the same ..$44.00

Thats a good price, from what I understand they do not make the tunnel ram for the B engines any more, just the RB engines.
