ive got 4 ralley wheels and band and bullet centers the rims was blasted and painted 5 years ago and the tires was put on them and they sat on the car for 5 long cold hard years ,,, yes the tires are dry rotted junk no good i would not used them i can have them removed 200.00plus the ride crossville tenn
