Those are aluminum.

Only 67 and early 68 Darts got stainless wheel lip moldings.

If these will fit a 69 Valiant I will take them. I am pretty sure they are similar. If someone will chime in it would be appreciated. I may be wrong though but I think the fronts would have to be from a Duster. The rears would be the same though correct?

If Jeff wants the rears and you are willing to split, I may be interested in the fronts. I have a Dart Sport and the rears wont work for me.
