Did 72 slant six Duster's come with 4 speeds? Thought they only came with 3 speeds until a few years later when the 4spd OD came out?

Ya, not a '72......
Look at the tail light panel and the grille, it looks like a '71 to me.
Slant 6 4 speed in this year?
It's probably a 3 speed on the floor originally.
Probably a good car to get though, if you could get it cheap enough.
