400 and 727 for sale

I have a 400 out of a 77 Cordoba that I bought last summer to throw into the dart and no longer have a use for it. I had to sell the dart and now need to unload the engine and trans.

The engine is currently mounted on a stand that I'll include with the sale. It will need to be rebuilt and I honestly don't know how many miles are on it. The guy I bought it from didn't know either. The engine has all of the accessories still on it, to include the A/C condenser.

The 727 I bought from a different guy who was selling it on craigslist. It is for a BB and will need rebuilding.

I'm just looking for what I paid for them. If need be I will sell them separately, but would prefer to get them both out of my garage at the same time.

I'm asking 350 for the pair.
Or, 275 for the engine and 75 for the trans.

No sorry. They weren't with it when I bought it.
 
Looks like a deal to me.

I might be interested, but I can't do anything until after the first of the year, if it's still available.

I lived in Berkley for 10 years it's a good area to live in.

Sounds good. A guy is SUPPOSED to come look at it this week and possibly buy it. None the less, let me know after thefirst of the year if you're still interested.
 
Can i get close to you with my tractor and trailer. And is there a way we can load the engine and trans

I don't have a truck that I could haul it to meet you anywhere. Sorry. However, I do have an engine hoist that we can use to load it into a truck if you were able to come to me.
