I have a 67 barracuda coupe in very good condition.
I looked for a long time before shelling out my hard earned cash!
I'm now waiting for the weather to turn warmer so I can get moving!
Here's my plan:
Disc up front from 74 a body.
Already have new front end bushing kit just waiting to go in.
I have a 400 low mileage block, It's getting alum heads and intake, new cam kit,new bearings, pistons, recon the rods, new bolts, etc.
I'm putting in 1" TORSION BARS, 2" drop spindles up front, 1" drop springs in rear.
I have so much I want to do and have it all written down, but as I'm typing, it has all left me!
I'm going to post pics as i go and try not to be too boring.

Welcome to FABO, sounds like it will be a nice build, post some pics when you get a chance.

Thank you or the kind words!
I have been waiting for the wx to warm up, and it has,for a while.
I've been drooling over some of the work being represented here on this site!!
My meager effort will pale in comparison.
But, I'm proud of the quality work I do for myself, and thats all that really matters when you get right down to it.

I took my coal slag blasted upper control arms and painted them and am in the process of installing my new PST Polygraphite front end kit on my 67.
Am posting a few pics I took today.

Would it be possible to move this thread to where it belongs?
I was a newbie to this when I started it.
Thanks in advance, cudamike13

I was there 89 thru 93 on and off. I remember people throwing quarters in that water and kids divining in after them.

I would throw washers in the water, but those kids could tell in the air what it was! LOL
Not a place you really want to go swimming!

That place was a blast! The first time I was there I had a pitcher of "mojo" and that was the last time I drank that stuff! I don't remember parts of the night. It was good times though.

I know its been a while since I posted anything, so... here are some pics of what I have done.
Its not much, but working doesn't leave me much time to work on car. Glad I have a job!

I have changed my mind abt using a 400 ci BB.
I have decided to go with a complete new (or rebuilt such as Carolina remanf engines)
408 stroker and tell people its a 273!

Should have a lot of fun with that!

Anybody have an engime manf to recommend, I'm all ears!

I have so many pics I have a hard time selecting which ones to use.

I like to take pics and they will help me put it back together.

I like the color of the car. Is that a stock color? Also your avatar caught my attention; I spent quite some time in Olongapo back in '75 - USMC.

I believe it is called copper.

I had a lot of experiance in Olonga-po from 64 to 66!
Loved that place!

Did you ever eat any Monkey meat?
