400 block with 4.375 bore and forged 383 crankshaft. Manley 6.965 long rods, JE dome pistons. Shortblock is complete with Milodon oiling system, Ultradyne roller cam 259/259 with .651/.651 lift, billet timing chain cover and Fluidamper. Engine is fresh, has not been fired since rebuild and is ready to run. $3300 for complete shortblock. Located near Portland, OR. Freight is extra. PM me on the board.

I also have a set of ported Edelbrock RPM heads for this engine. $2000 for the heads complete with Isky 9365 roller cam springs. (Sale Pending on heads)

The heads flow 308 on the intake and 261 on the exhaust. (Exh flow with 2 inch tube) The heads were machined and ported by Porter Racing Heads. Flow numbers are from their bench.

The engine made about 600 hp with the ported Edelbrock heads and a Victor 383 intake. The customer ran the engine for a year in a street driven Duster then decided to make some changes. The engine was freshened up but the guy ran into money problems and the engine hasn't been started since then. Some parts are new, some are used but the shortblock is ready to fire.
 
Heads have been sold but most of the shortblock parts are still available for sale.
