I have a 408 stroker mopar with j heads on it it's a 78 la block 525/525 lift cam I'm wanting to put w2 heads on it just trying to figure out what what rockers an push rods I'll need I'm running up right open headers on it an it is Internally balanced. Has an Elder block high rise open plain intake on it to with a holly 500 I'm running 110 race Fule

You don't need w2's if you keep running a two barrel carb. Thats like eating a big meal at Taco Bell with a cork up your ***.

Yes an I believe it's 10.1 an I don't have the part number right now but there Flat tops with a 2 Val release

Assuming typical stroker kit flat top piston and typical J head being -/+ 72 cc's, that would be around 10:1 compression. I would think anything above mid 90's octane rating should keep it from pinging typical 525/525" cam. But really need more details on cam.
