This is the 726HP build we did for one of our repeat customers in Washington.
4.060 bore x 4.125 stroke, 14:1, I converted the intake to a 4500 pattern with porting, Indy 230 heads I ported more, Indy oval intake, TD 1.7 rockers.
Using his OOTB 1050 dominator, TTI 1 7/8 x 3.5" headers it made the best power over Hedman 1 7/8 headers.

First dyno'd the engine with my OOTB oval intake, then added his ported and converted intake...going from the OOTB intake and 1050 with a 2" adapter vs. the 1050 and converted/ported intake there was 35HP.

Absolutely Awesome Brian! I too noticed the old gas porting holes. Keep doing what you do, guys like us need your expertise and I am sure you get work by displaying your accomplishments.

Camshaft specs?

What is the power difference from 360-1 to 360-2?

On this engine, depending on what I would do with the -1 head, could be as much as 30HP or more with the Rect. intake.
Cam is 272-278 @ .050, .760's lift on a 110lca.

is the 360-1 heads the best for bigger cubic inch strokers? without going to w8/w9, which other head will support 700 hp?

i'm hoping my w2's will support 640 hp and i might want to take it to the next level, 700+ hp.

Joe sure would make an F body fly wouldn't it!

You'll spend more money going W8-W9 because of the custom/expensive parts needed to go with them like rocker gear, headers, intake, port work.
It all depends on the amount of power you want, and how much you are willing to spend.

I hear guys say just go BB because they are cheaper to get that kind of power from...well maybe but not by much!

Awesome engine. Did you have to use an oil pump cover for bottom oil pickup and a rear sump pan with that stroke? I have measured only .040" clearance on a 4" stroke crank between the rod and the oil pickup with a melling M72HV pump.

Brian, what would 360-1 roughly cost, complete ready to run? Intake Included

I know with these heads my 434" would make 700 hp.

I heat and move the pickup out of the way....just used Moroso's pickup and pan.

With rockers and converted intake about 6K. This is with 5/16 Ferrea valves, changing guides, extra port work, our valve job, roller springs with TS retainers, angle milled and corrected, TD rockers, intake fully ported with conversion.

i'm hoping for 10.70's with the 434'' w2 heads. i want to run 10.20's eventually N/A small block at 3800 lbs.

i know my w2's will not make it to 10.20's, so i will need to upgrade the heads.

do you hand port or cnc port? what would be the flow #'s?

i have a super victor intake, would this work with the indy heads?
