The 4343475a 360 head,how much in flow #ssssss VS the x-j.Are my heads any good to use,the bummer is there smog heads.

Use what you have. That's what we're tellin you. They are all close to the same.
The flow
Numbers vary slightly in the same series head just as much as from head series to head series. Use what you have and have them well preped.
The letter series does tend to flow a little better and mostly on the top end.
Once the head hits the porters grinder, nothing matters anymore unless full tilt is sought.
