Ok it's my brothers 69 440 GTX but I told him I would help, here are the specs 69 440 M1 dual plane, 10.5 cpr. comp cam 501 lift 292dr 108 center line 750 eddie carb 1407 jetted and metered as far as he can with the kit he bought.3000 stall conv. lets rule out Vac leaks, check everything seams to be ok, It seams to us that the engine is running lean, when we look at the plugs there as clean as when put in new the only thing that we see is a little brow strip right in the center of the electrode thats it. does not run hot, tail pipes are turning chalky white/brown, should we be worried?:glasses7: tell me what you think?
