you mentioned alighned bored ? most generally mopar bb don't need such, have your machinist check this before you pay for such.... align bored, that's usually required with chevy junk.......generally not a mopar big block as there is so much material down there for a rigid bottom end.... looks like ya found good candidatefor good motor....black? wouldn't matter along as not pink, could be gay? taper in bored is first thing to check.... up top...
