It's definitely different from the online vendors I'm used to. But I also know they're a relatively small shop. I can see someone ordering something while they're closed, then complaining about it taking too long to receive. I guess closing eliminates that headache.Who closes a web page when going on vacation. lol

For as well known as they are, they have a facility that is somewhat understated. No offense to them, I just expected something larger than life for as well known as they are.
