It's definitely different from the online vendors I'm used to. But I also know they're a relatively small shop. I can see someone ordering something while they're closed, then complaining about it taking too long to receive. I guess closing eliminates that headache.

I've been to their store in Nevada.
For as well known as they are, they have a facility that is somewhat understated. No offense to them, I just expected something larger than life for as well known as they are.

Not too surprising. A lot of the performance aftermarket is more of an organized hobby than a business.

It sucks they pull their whole site when they are out of town. It’s nice to be able to browse/reference stuff like pulleys and oil pans.
