After a few pages I get tired of searching. Is their a physical difference in protrusion between an ac pump and non ac? I`m looking to keep everything compact as possible on the front of this 72 engine. And do the 4 groove crank pullys seperate to two? Anyone have any experience with antique honeycombed radiators? it seems they have the same capicity as a hp 440, but I have yet to study this tube configuration. That would be sweet as it would save on a custom high$$ rad. Sorry non a-body application

440 or small block....the stock 8 vane water pumps flowed as good as some of newer designs...if you can find a 8 vane with anti-cavitation plate that is the one to get

I don't now about the older rad design. That is a new one to me.

The pulleys cn be purchased via the aftermarket.

The water pumps are the same depth, height...the vanes are different. I beileve Be-Cool is the one with the anti cavitation plate allready welded on to the vanes. You could do this yourself if you feel up to it.

Stay away from the one on the right....440 Source...the one on the left is a HF Milodon one...it stuck way out into the water pump housing...if they made one with eight vanes instead of six...wow watch out...

Thanks fellas, I was just wondering if a non ac car waterpump was shorter than an ac car pump. Yeah and rumble on the radiator, were talkin 52 here, lol
