I crossed the project threshold so, I’m placing a couple items for sale. Whichever doesn’t sell first gets to stay.

2004 4BT Cummins
- Early 4.5L QSB (looks identical to the 3.9L
- Complete engine (yes, even turbo)
- Includes harness and ECU
- Old generator engine
- Will need rebuilt

1700obo Located in San Diego, CA. These 4BTs weigh 750-800 lbs so, I’m not shipping it. Can deliver between San Diego and Fresno for extra.

Might be a dumb question, but maybe it will help with the sale. Is a 2004 4BT a common rail engine like the 6BT's that went into Dodge trucks?

Nope. The engine he listed is like the old 12v 6bt but with a computer controlled vp style injection pump. You can see the injection lines in the pics.

Yes, it has a detachable bellhousing. Oliver is correct in that this 4BT is similar to the 12v diesels in the early dodge trucks
