/6 904 TC behind a 318

I have been looking for info on this but could not find any, But I saw where another member here was selling /6 TC that was bolted to a SB flex plate to install on a 318. I guess the question I have is will this work and or what if any benefit will this do?
The only reason I am asking is that I have a spare /6TC still in my shed and if there is a good benefit I might looking into trying this swap.

1968 and up 318's and /6 used the same converter(904). There were 2, a low stall and a high stall. Sorry don't have stall speed (argumentive issue). If it's a factory core (non rebuilt), there will be a decal on the converter, a tri-angular shaped one that says lo stall on it, or a roundish one that says high stall on it. If it's been rebuilt, and the rebuilder put a part number on it, I MAY BE ABLE to tell you which one it is.
