Do you have to run wires from the dash to the back of car or did factory install the harness?

Well it's ONE wire. I'm guessing the wire ain't there, but LOOK. Take the left kick panel loose and look at the connector. You can download some service manuals and aftermarket diagrams from MyMopar

On my Lancer the wiring you need to connect to is behind the dash. You have to run the wires from the BU lights to the dash.
