What would be the best/ most cost effective rout to go for replacing a radiator in my car? I have a tight budget but do not want a cheep option that will cause a lot of grief in the long haul.

I would find a local rad shop to use the exsiting tanks and recore it. (Assuming you have a usable rad...)
