62 canadian valiant broadcast sheet

I just found the broadcast sheet for my valiant, its a canadian built 4 door.
I have a few questions, it has a 4 under the 614 oil filter spot, what does that mean?
It has a 1 under outside mir. does this mean it only had the drivers mirror originally?
Under tires it has a 1 and a 0, where there multiple tire options?
shocks and springs has a 2, is this just standard?

I tried googling decoders, but no one cares about the toads
