Ive got some patching on my floor pans and googling gives me 2 thicknesses, 18 or 20 gauge thicknesses.....what were the factory pans? Anyone have any opinions? Thx

Some of the re-pop stuff is 18 ga. If you are making them yourself, and you have 20 ga., they should be plenty strong. The floor pans on uni-body cars are structural. The 18 will be a little harder to form because it is a little thicker, but I don't think you will compromise structural integrity using the 20.

The correct is 19 gauge I believe. You could use either in my opinion. I am sure you can purchase the correct gauge metal but will most likely have to purchase a full sheet of it, but not sure.
