Came out of a 65 barracuda with A/C! It even has the fuse within the fuse box for the A/C system.
No cuts at all, all wires are in tact. I can provide close up pictures if need be. It even comes with the stop light switch still attached.

Will it fit a 66 Dart?6cly or V8?Also can you get a pic of it stretched out,as I can,t see the plugs for plugging into the steering column.Thanks

Sure, it came from a 65 barracuda with a v8. It may work for your dart, I am just not 100 percent sure on that one.
