64-66 Barracuda Rear deck hinges

Has any one successfully rebuilt a set of rear deck (trunk) hinges for a 64-66 Barracuda?
Not sure how sloppy they should be? Every set I have seen has been way sloppy and not sure
if they are supposed to be that way or just products of 50+ years of vibration, dirt and wear.

I have rebuilt them for members in the past. They should be tight. I am not sure if I still have the kit number I used as it has been at least 6 years since I did the last set that had broken pins.

I have broken hinges in my 66 Barracuda also and would like to rebuild my set. Has anyone defined how to do it?

Its on my list,but not until i need to install deck lid. Summer is a ways away.

66 Formula S project This is how I fixed mine. Post#46. There may be better methods, but this is how I did it with the knowledge I had at the time. Can't tell you how well they hold up because the car is still in pieces after all these years! Maybe this year?
