[WANTED] '64 Barracuda 273 kick down rod

I need the kick down rod for a 273, 2 bbl from the carb back to the lever that mounts to the back of the block, or at least a measurement of that rod's length. I know it's shorter then for a 4 bbl but I don't know by how much. Thanks Steve

That would be great. I am waiting on a pm I sent but haven't heard back yet. I'm thinking that if I can't find one then maybe I could modify one of the extra 4 bbl rods that I have.

Hi Steve, sorry for slow response just checked back in. A couple of pics for you, I went 1 inch past on back bracket so it looks like it's 9 1/4 inches. Hope that helps you, Mark

Thanks Mark, that does help. I may have a lead on a correct rod, but if I can't find one maybe I can adapt one of the extra 4 bbl rods I have. The only problem there is that it has a ball and socket end instead of what you have. The carb I have is set up for a ball and socket end already so maybe that will work?!?
