[WANTED] 64 Barracuda AC controls

The factory integrated heat and AC became available in 65. Before that it was the kneeknocker. A picture of your unit would be of great help.

I have a 65 parts car with factory AC so I was going to put everything in my 64. I just didn't want to have to change out the dash cuz it has the push button and slider controls. I seen some pics of other 64 words with the same under-dash AC as mine so I thought maybe there was different controls.
Swapping your factory AC from your 65 parts car into your 64 CAN be done BUT it’s no easy job. Firewalls are completely different to start. as you surmised the controls may be a problem going into a different year dash. It can be done though. My 65 Dart wagon was non-AC and I wanted factory AC so i swapped a factory AC firewall in. I even swapped a different AC dash in - from the 65 Dash to a 66 Barracuda dash.
