4 speed tranny. Looks like date code is 65 with a slip yoke tail shaft. Looks like it was rebuilt, but I have no history on it.

What evidence is there that it's been rebuilt?

Vey clean. I'm not saying its a fresh rebuild.
Seals and gaskets look newer.
