65 Barra….. long armrests in the rear …. Does it work ?

Hi guys.

Doing the interior in my 65 Formula S.
I have the smaller rear arm rests, but have been told I can put the longer 11” armrests (same as front), in the rear.
Reason being it’s a lot cheaper getting the 10 1/2” pads in red.

Is there any problem with using the same ones as in the front ? Does it encroach on the rear seat back, or when it folds down ?

It wouldn't hit the rear seat at all. But the large arm rest fits around the inside door handle in the front, so you may move it back a little in the rear to clear the window crank handle.
