[Found!] 65 Barracuda wiper motor

Looking for a replacement motor for my 65 Barracuda Variable speed wipers.

I may be mistaken but i’m only seeing two wires which means that is probably for single speed wipers?

Mine is not a variable speed. Did some checking.

If you have the variable speed wiper switch with it’s unique wiring connector and wiper motor with its two little wiring harnesses, it’s pretty easy (relatively) to convert from single speed.to vsriable speed. There are either 5 wires - 4 in pairs to the wiper motor and 1 wire to the fuse box. If you have an electric wadher pump then there are 6 wires coming from the switch. The 6th wire routed through the bulkhead connector to the washer pump

It’s in the shop so i’ll verify Monday morning, but I do believe it’s 2525269.

Both motors power up, but i don't know how you would check for park or the variable part.

The variable part is in the switch.

So the only numbers i could find on the motor were:

VS 1 800

Prestolite
ERQ-4006-12v
144

Wires are same color as top motor in your pic.

2 wires=1 speed, 4 wires=variable speed.
