My speedo still doesn’t work because I don’t have the right cable. Does anyone know if there’s a cable I can get to convert a ‘65 speedo to a ‘73 Charger trans? Thanks!

I believe the 67 cable has the ends you need, It threads on the trans at one end and threads on the speedo at the other end.

Doesn't the tranny end of your cable have the drive end permanently attached? If so, there is no adapter. If the drive end is not permanently attached, the cable is a separate piece with screw-on fittings at both ends, then the cable is replaceable in various lengths. What is wrong with your old cable?

the 73 Charger trans ( as stated in the origianal post)would have a screw on speedo cable

YES ^^^ as slickchick stated.
