65 dart brakes

I rebuilt the rear drums on my 65 dart Gt. I used new springs. I could see where the parking brake lever was hitting the back of the wheel studs in the past. I put in a new anti rattle spring but that did not fix the problem. Any suggestions? I am a newbie and it is the first time I rebuilt drum brakes.

Take the parking brake lever off and grind some off for clearance of the stud backs.I,ve done this before and it worked.
