65 dart gt tire and rims ?

The car is a 65 dart GT front rear drum brakes. What bigger rims and tires will fit under the car?
 
Spend money on brakes before new wheels and tires. Also the 4" pattern leaves you very few choices.
 
Your 65 and my 66 is the same. I have a 15x7 with a 4" backspace and it fit's fine. I have a 225-70-15 tire with room for more. You can roll the wheel opening lip and get a 8" wide in there I have heard. tmm
