I just bought these through Classic Industries Part number GG80C (Interestingly enough they are from Layson's).
The application is for a 65 Dart OEM swaybar.
The bushings is very soft and does not appear like it will stabilize the sway bar very well during cornering.
The measurement of the sway bar is .8215" or 105/128.
The GG80C has a 7/8" hole or .875" or 112/128 and is the closest bushing to the sway bar measurement. But, is larger than the bar.
Any suggestions on where to obtain a quality / correct size bushing?
Replacing them is going to be a pain....
Thanks for the help

Will the i.d. Of the bushing contract when it is installed? I know they are a tight fit. If anyone finds a source for a high-quality bushing I’d like to know - I have two sway bars to install.

It seems like the bushing will compress once installed. The new bushings do not appear to have the same amount of material as the originals. They are much thinner. The welds have to be cut on the bushing retainers to install the new bushings. However, they are very soft and will probably compress too much and allow the bar to contact the metal bushing retainer if put under stress or heavy cornering.

I haven't got to that point yet....
I can measure the ones that came with it and let you know.
I'm still trying to sort out the bushing issues...
