65 valiant/barracuda lower radiator rock guard

It bolts to the front valence btw. has nothing to do with the radiator shroud.
 
Is this the plate which is located under the place where the radiator is mounted? Between the frame rails?
 
I believe it bolts to that plate.
If you look under you car, the plate that runs under the radiator valence has 4-6 square holes. This is what the rock guard mounts to...
