My dad left me the valiant and i want to do some upgrades and eventually do a 318 swap, i bought a 76 volare and i want to do some swaps like brakes, suspension, axles so my question is has anyone used the same cars to do those swaps? can the parts be used? any tips or tricks? any help is appreciated

Welcome to FABO alfonso.
For swap parts your better off with an later A body, But that said you can use almost all the front brake parts except the front upper control arms. The F body spindle is the same as the later B body spindle. I believe you would need an upper control arm from a 73 - 76 disc brake A body.
