66 barracuda chrome window trim

I need some help! I took the chrome strips off the drivers and passenger side windows and i'm not sure which way they go back on. Does anyone know? one end is tapered and the other has bend over tabs. I think the tapered end goes on top but its been about 3 years. Thanks for the help.

Finally got a picture that I hope will help. The shot is of the driver's door. The left side has tabs that fold over the top of the glass from the inside and the outside. The right side curves down and to the rear. Let me know how I can help more.
