I have a 66 Cuda. There is no Pentastar on the fender. Should this car have a Pentastar on it's fender? If so, is there a template to locate the Pentastar?

Should be like this 66 Valiant, far as I know never heard of one without it...

...right ^ there

Best of luck!

(edit: I guess this bulletin only applies to 1963 models, sorry... good luck!)

I will only be on the passenger side fender....there isn't one on the drivers' side. If it's missing and the holes are filled, open the door and look forward to the back side of the fender where the Pentastar should be. You'll probably see some bondo squirting through the original holes. With carefull measuring, you should be able to reopen those holes and mount the emblem without damaging the paint.

Thanks, that chart answers the question where to locate it, even though it's for a 63.

Follow-up on this, took those measurements on my 66 Valiant. "A" is 4.750" and "B" is 9.750". I'm positive it is original.
