66 dart brake upgrade

I have a 1966 dart 270 sedan. I want to convert it to a 5x4.5 bolt pattern.
How can I achieve this without spending to much cash?
Im currently in school and have a very tight budget.
Can I just get parts from another car?

Finding a '73-6 A-body donor car would probably be your best bet. Get everything from the lower ball joint to the upper control arms inclusive. Also grab the proportioning valve and decide if you want boosted brakes or not. You can use the existing parts on your car if you don't want to convert from manual to power or vice versa but I would recommend you get a new master cylinder that matches whichever system you choose to go with.
