Today I think I may have gotten to the bottom of why my wipers fail to operate consistently! (hooray!)
I removed the wiper motor and cracked it open and was greeted with the rustiest most burnt-out insides I've ever seen. (Not hooray) I'm frankly surprised the thing is even able to try and swing around in its current state. Little to say I'm pretty confident that the motor is fried.
There is no part number on the motor itself, but I'm pretty sure the part number is 2525269
What is written on the motor is. "Prestolite ERQ-4006" along with the number "465"
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
