66 Dart washer nozzle placement? Help?

Hello all. In order to get my dart on the road I have to install a washer system. Previous owners removed it. I’ve sourced all the parts, but can’t figure out exactly where to mount the nozzles. Is it like in the picture? Seems a little Mickey Mouse, but I can’t see how else you would do it. Help please?!

I don’t have any pics on my phone of the cowl but that’s basically it. One screw to hold the tube and bend into place to aim.
