66 Valiant not charging??

Neighbor has a 66 valiant slant -6, not charging.

He replaced the alternator, battery and voltage regulator, still nothing.
Any suggestions?
He called me and I told him I'd post it here, and try to get an answer.

check out the amp gage and see if it works,or find a volt gage and hook it to alternator. only two wires on volt gage, one hot and one ground.another thing that happens to the older cars is the existing wire going to amp gage have become loose also check wiring that goes through the firewall. hope this helps. been there done that.

Check for a loose belt or as RBSGARAGE said ,check for a broken wire/ connection at the bulkhead connector.

Yeah, I told him to check all connections at the bulkhead connector.
That was the only thing I could think of but I had to run so I could not help much.
I'll check in with him sometime this week to see how he is coming along.
