67-69 Barracuda Hood w/scoop

I am wanting to put a snorkel scoop or whole hood on my barracuda. I was wondering if anyone has any info on this. I.E. place to purchase, driving in rain with scoop, ways to close scoops for rain and cold, how they hold up to wind at high speed, and lift off or hinge able?

I don't think the wind would be a problem with a quality piece installed correctly. Driving around in the rain with a "functional" scoop I wouldn't recommend.
