valiant with a rallye dash (same as barracuda, i believe),...is the wiring the same for it the same as for a standard dash?

no the rallye panel has 2 circuit boards and connecters. The small board at left has 3 wires moved to it from the round center connecter. Nothing that can't be overcome though.
