Figured I better finally start my restoration thread. I bought this car in August 2023 in Topeka KS. The day we brought it home it was 107 degrees. Crazy hot but we managed to get it back to my garage. The car was taken apart for restoration in 1978, I believe, just never finished. The owner had passed away and the wife sold it to me with the promise that I would finish it and give her a ride someday. We gathered up the pieces of the car that were scattered across 3 different buildings. It is a 273 commando engine with a 4 speed 833 and 8-3/4. The nice part was that it already had the quarters and 1 rocker replaced. It also came with a spare hood, doors, and trunk lid from a parts car.
