[WANTED] 67 Barracuda Headrests-white

I want headrests for my 67 Barracuda, any help? I was told it's one year only style, & A-body Darts bench were similar.. Thanks!

Would a B Body use the same headrest? A 1967 B Body.

The headrests are part of the seats obviously. To add a headrest to a non headrest frame you would have to modify the seat frame and the upholstery to add them. The op should just find some seats that have headrests.

I originally just wanted to fab in Charger or Duster high backs, but I was told I could add head rests to mine, from later Dart or other models.

Hate to say it but 68 Camaro headrest are close.

I remember when I took my 67 seat apart, the frames were set up to take the head rests. I found a set of roached seats in MD and took all the headrest stuff for my seats. So are 67 b body head rests the same as the A?

C Bodies look the same but the post are in the wrong spot

I could be wrong but gotta watch for different center to center measurements on posts. They are not all the same, that and the headrest profiles are different.
67 is one year only for a body. B may fit but it could be a good chunk of work.

No help, but my 69 does not have them and I like it that way!

I have had them in 69 B-Bodies and they are really kinda useless. I have a nice set for 69 in 338 blue and did not use them once I found the car did not come with them.

Hi Guys...I would like to weight in on the 67 headrest conversation if I could. The 67 A bodies bucket
seats frames have the holes already drilled in the top of the seat frames already for the headrests. Also the 67 headrest are a one year only in A body and B bodies. The bench seat and bucket seats have a different rod length and weigth size and how they sit on the top of the seat frame. I have 2 67 Darts ...a 67 Dart GTS with headrests and a 67 dart gt without. Also the top trim pieces and inside hardware is one year only also. I know this to be true since I compared my two cars and put headrests in my 67 gt. The headrests are hard to find and are spendy when you do... Hope this helps with the 67 headrest info...

Thanks all! Spot on 340man. I've found everything you've said to be true. ebay has a pair for $800.00 gold color nice originals, but nasty. I want high backs, need to find a member who has already crossed this bridge some what cheaply???? Money can be well spent elsewhere on the car.
