67 Barracuda window seals

Can I install the door window horizontal seals ( cat whiskers )without removing the glass ? These are the ones on both inside and outside of the glass.

If you can get the old one's out you should be able to.....use wood blocks and shims to help you tap it in and get you some room to work.

Good luck....One though though.....If you have nice paint you may want to just drop the glass down at the bottom...remove door panel then the bottom glass frame from the pivot point and drop it down carefully...protecting it with towels.

Would take a little bit of effort but it would make the whisker job a lot easier.

Good luck....use masking tape to protect the paint.

The window regulators have adjustable stops. Remove the door panel and find a hex lock nut with a flat head screw slot in the center. Loosen the nut and rotate the cam with a screw driver so it allows the window to roll down further. Once the glass is below the felts you can just about pull them out with your finger tips.
Once the new felts are installed roll the window up to where it flush with the door top and set the stop cam. Done yet ?
