I jumped in but somebody else wants them bad. Looks like somebody ran screws through the outside.

mounting hardware in great shape. there is a couple o screws that was ran thought the outside edge of the center. One on the drivers side bezel. passenger side bezel looks perfect... I put lots of pictures up for you to look at on ebay.
