Update,the trans inspection cover was removed and something was hitting on it. The noise is still there in the same area but not as loud.

Just out of curiosity did you check the torque converter bolts to make sure they are tight. Might be creating your noise.

That was the first thing I checked we took them off,blue locktightened them back on. Almost sounds like the flex plate maybe?? I just don't want to keep chasing down the ghost. I would consider trading this for another vehicle.
