67 dart original /6 now w duster Kmemberswapw318. Want to go 360, swap mounts needed?

Have a 67 dart w k member from later duster. The car originally had a s6. But since swap now has 318.do I need mounts to put a 360 in? A friend thinks I do?
 
Yes you need the engine mount/brackets from a 360 for the correct year K-frame (up to 72 was the biscuit mounts and after 72 is the spool mounts). The K-frame is the same for all small block V-8's.
 
Save yourself some money use the trans-dapt motor mounts from summit for about $60.00, they were designed to work with the inexpensive hedman headers.

But aren't those a conversion mount for when you still have a slant 6 K-frame? He already has a V8 K-frame. If I read it right he was basically asking if the engine mounts for a 360 are different from a 318. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's how I read it.
 

i read it as he has the v8kmember and a 318 and whants to put a 360 where the 318 is right now, i gues there is mounts for this but on you are on the cheap the only diferens betwen a 318 and a 360 is that the ears on the 360 is alitle closer to each other and that can be solved with just a few washers or a a flat piece of metal that is the right thicknes..

i run a 340 with 318 mounts i have the newer k member with spoolmounts and i just put a nut as a spacer in my driversidemount, it may not be right but its the simplest and cheapest way and honestly i just did what i had to to to get the engine in that late night....

its only the driverside that is diferent
 
Thank you guys for all the feed back. Just trying to gather all the info . I can to then proceed w/ swap. Is there any things that come up in the swap? From what I know it should be just mounts. Though I also was curious if the radiator is the same or what? The motor has some port wor. And .30 over. Just curious, thanks in advance.

If i'm not mistaken, the 360 has its own DS bracket, the 318/340 are different, as is the oil pan, i had to rig up my 318 DS bracket on my 71 dart when i installed the 360, i could only get 2 bolts in there, the 3rd. hole on the bracket stood alone, i'm just going to install a "torque strap".
